South of the border brings many great saving, I like Panama. You can get a house on the ocean for in the $200,000 range and a condo or home in around panama city for 30-100,000 that is excellent.
They are going to double the size of the canal and many opportunities are there, they have a duty free trade zone. Panama is exploding with growth and a very stable Democratic goverment. Most natives speak English because of the many years that the USA ran the canal.
Added bonus, they have a Law 40 ( have to check that to be sure) Allows any person from outside the country to come in if they have any type of pension, soc sec, soc sec disablity, private pension etc. there is very limited taxes for 10 years, 30-50% off transportation, including airlines, food, medical. So it is worth the time to investigate and find out how to really stretch your dollars.
I know it\'s not much fun, but clipping those coupons out of your Sunday paper can save you a lot of money. (But if you have an 8-year-old little helper it\'s not so bad!) We only clip the coupons of the items we actually use, or would like to try. Usually, I just use coupons that came out that week, so the savings aren't huge, but if I could ever get them organized, the savings would be substantial. Just clipping the current coupons usually saves me $10-15 at the store. I know it\'s not huge, but it\'s an hour at the job!
I found a girl up at work that also clips coupons, and we made an arrangement that we would each bring the coupons pages (unclipped) that we didn't use, and trade out. We both were surprised at how often the coupons that you wanted were actually in the stack, so you would have 2 coupons that you would actually use!
