The Non-Custodial Parents on CA/FS/MA/SS Program helps non-custodial parents who are on Cash Assistance (CA), receive Food Stamps (FS), Medical Assistance (MA) or Supplemental Security Income (SSI). If they receive FS or MA and their income is below $13,783, then the child support order should be $50 per month. If they are on CA or SSI then they are eligible for $25 a month child support order.
